You want a ring but you don't know what your finger tower is?

Indeed, it is not always so easy to choose its ring size beyond its appearance. No panic, we're here to help you determine the ideal ring size. There are professional methods to know your turn of finger, but you can just as well determine it at home quietly with simple and free methods. It's simple as hello ✌

Measure your finger tower using a simple string, ribbon or tape

For this, follow the following steps:
  • Step 1: Scratch a simple string, ribbon (stretch meter) or even by cutting a strip of paper from one cm thick at the level of the second phalange, at the widest place of your finger. Be careful not to tighten the string, ribbon or tape.
  • Step 2: Make the place where the string, ribbon or paper joins.
  • Step 3: Put the string or paper on a flat surface.
  • Step 4: Remove it and measure with a rule the length required to turn your finger. This distance corresponds to your finger turn.
  • Step 5: Refer the measurement to the ring size match chart and determine the size of your ring.

Careful!!! Do not too tighten the string, ribbon or tape around your finger when you surround it around your finger to make sure that the ring also passes to the joints. If the brand falls between two sizes, it is advisable to choose the top size.

In this example below in image, the distance obtained in millimeter is 56mm, corresponding to the French size 55 (i.e. size US 7)

If you already have a ring

You already have a ring or ring that suits you, in this case you only need to measure the inner diameter of it. Pfollow the following steps:

  • Step 1: Put the ring on a flat surface and have a rule graduated in millimetres.
  • Step 2: Measure the inner diameter of the ring. Attention, we are talking about the inner diameter and not the circumference (see image below) For this, the rule must attach the left inner side and the right inner side of the ring. Be careful to keep the rule straight.

  • Step 3: Once the measurement is taken, you just need to refer to the ring size match chart and determine your ring size.

IMPORTANT: Your ring must be rounded so that there is the least margin of error possible. If the measurement falls between two sizes, it is advisable to choose the top size.
