Indeed, you already have a ring or ring that suits you, in this case, simply measure the internal diameter of it. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Place the ring on a flat surface and have a graduated rule in a millimeter.
  

• Step 2: Measure the internal diameter of the ring. Attention, we are talking about the internal diameter and not the circumference (see image below) for this, the rule must attach the left inner face and the right inner face of the ring. Be careful to keep the rule well straight.

• Step 3: Once the measurement is taken, simply refer to the ring of the ring size and thus determine your size of your ring.

IMPORTANT: It is absolutely necessary that your ring is round so that there is the least possible margin of error. If the measurement falls between two sizes, it is advisable to choose the top size.
