How to order ?

To place your first order, simply create an account on the site by clicking here: MY ACCOUNT or, once your basket has been created, by clicking on the "order" button and following the procedure indicated.

How can I modify my personal data: my email address, my postal address, my telephone number, my password ?

Nothing could be simpler, just consult the section > My account > My personal information.

What should I do if I forget my password ?

If you forget your password, click on MY ACCOUNT then on "Forgot password". Retrieve your new password from your email inbox. Identify yourself on the "My Account" page by entering your email address and the new password.

How do I delete my account ?

Nothing could be simpler, just send us an account deletion request via our contact form by selecting the subject FOR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS

I want to download my invoices, how do I do this ?

You can download your invoices or your last current purchase order at any time in the section > My account > My orders


What are the forms of payment accepted ?

HommeBijoux offers you different solutions to pay for your order. All of these payment methods are secure and free of charge:

Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue.

PayPal (Pay by paypal whether you have a paypal account or not).

By check: Once your order is finalized in the basket, send us a copy of your order and check to the address mentioned.

Why am I not receiving the SMS with the code when paying by credit card ?

When paying by credit card, a validation code can be sent to you by SMS. This code is sent to you by your bank in order to protect you against fraud. For obvious security reasons, it is not the telephone number that you provided on our site that is used, but the one that you communicated to your bank. To modify it, you must therefore contact your bank in order to provide them.

Are my credit card details stored on your servers ?

At no time do we save your credit card number. This is why you are asked for each order. We have no access to your bank details, they are transferred in a coded and secure way to our payment solution.

Payments by bank cards or PAYPAL on your site, are they secure ?

The payment on is completely secure. All the information that you communicate to us during your payment is protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. The entire payment process between the buyer and the merchant is fully encrypted and protected on the one hand thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, on the other hand thanks to the banking and electronic payment software implemented. Thus, at no time, the number of the credit card circulates unencrypted on the Internet and no one has access to the coordinates of the credit cards of the buyers.


What is the shipping time ?

The shipping time is 24 hours. For any order placed before 3 p.m., your order will be dispatched the same day. Beyond 3 p.m., the order will be sent the next day. During busy periods, this delay can be extended to 48 hours. Shipments take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What is the delivery method ?

All deliveries are made by post directly to your mailbox, which is why it is imperative and important to clearly indicate and verify your postal address when registering your order.

How do I track my package ?

The shipping time is 24 hours. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the dispatch of your package with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery. I am not delivered within the announced deadlines, what should I do ?

Please contact us via our contact form and select the subject: WHERE IS MY ORDER so that our services can contact you first and then directly with our carrier (the post office).

My package is indicated as "distributed" on the site of , but I haven't received anything, what should I do ?

First of all, we invite you to inquire with those around you (neighbors, caretaker, etc.) in order to check whether someone has received the package for you, because it may happen that the postman uses the wrong box at the letter. In fact, this case happens quite frequently. If this is not the case, then please contact us via our contact form and select the subject:WHERE IS MY ORDER so that we can complain to the post office as quickly as possible.

Do you have all the items in my order in stock ?

Yes, and barring an exceptional incident, you are sure to receive what you ordered. Items out of stock are clearly indicated on the site.

Can I modify an order ?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via our contact form and select the subject: FOR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, or it is best to notify us as soon as possible by telephone at in order to modify your order as quickly as possible before it is dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.


What time frame do you offer for a size exchange or refund ?

We want to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. As it is not so easy to realize, on simple sight of a photo if a jewel will suit you or not or to choose the right size of ring, HOMMEBIJOUX extends its deadline and offers you 30 days to request the exchange of your articles or the refund of these.

How to return or exchange a jewel ?

I returned a jewel, did you receive it ?

We will inform you by email of the good reception of your return, as soon as we have received your shipment. We take care of jewelry that is returned to us on a daily basis. If it is a size exchange, we will proceed with the new shipment within 48 hours.

When will I be reimbursed ?

As soon as we have received your jewelry return, we will refund it as soon as possible and send you a confirmation email on this subject. The refund will be automatic.


How do you manage to offer such low prices compared to a traditional jewelry store ?

Well it's simple, our jewels on are much cheaper because the structural costs (local, furniture, taxes, etc.) are greatly reduced, which allows us to also reduce the selling prices. And therefore consequently to make our customers benefit from prices much lower than in traditional jewelry and for an equivalent or even superior quality. It's a win-win!

Is your site well secured ?

The site is completely secure and even more! Indeed, all the pages you consult, the home page, the product pages, the payment page... are all with the httpS and the little green padlock in front.
