In accordance with Hamon law, the legal withdrawal period in France is 14 days from the day after delivery. At MENBIJOUX, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your article to return it to the new state if it does not suit you.

Since it is not so simple to realize, on a simple view of a photo if a jewel suits you or not, MENBIJOUX extends its time and offers you 30 days to request the exchange of your jewels or the refund of them.

How does it work?
- Access your order history from your account.
- Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name(s).
- Even if no justification is requested, please add the reason for reference (in the "Return of Goods" section) so that we know the cause of the reference.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm via our site the good reception of your return and we will refund you within 48 hours.

- For a size exchange, please contact us via our contact form by selecting the object: COMMANDE : Size exchange
- After our confirmation and acceptance of exchange, you just need to give us your name, first name, address and choice on free paper (example size 60 instead of 62).
- Make sure to pack the jewel carefully in a bubble wrap preferably, slip the little free paper well and then return this to the following address: STYLE TENDANCE / 360 Avenue des routes / 83200 TOULON (FRANCE).
- And here's the trick! Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm via our site the good reception of your return and we will proceed to the size exchange within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- In the event of a refund or exchange desired: only the return costs by the Post remain at the expense of the buyer. The refund will apply in full (on the returned jewels as well as the standard "go" delivery fee of the returned jewels if the user returns the entire order).
- BIJOUX DO NOT BE RETURN: For obvious reasons of hygiene, the earrings/piercings type jewellery and custom jewelry are neither taken back nor exchanged in accordance with the article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code.
I returned a jewel: did you receive it?
- We will inform you by email, of the good reception of your return, as soon as we receive your return. We take care of the jewels that have returned to us daily. If this is a size exchange, we will proceed to the new shipment within 48 hours.
When would I be reimbursed?
As soon as we receive your jewelry return, we will refund it within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email about it. The refund will be automatic.
- You made your payment by immediate debit card
The refund should appear on your bank account within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of our refund confirmation email. Remember that banks do not make payments during the weekends or holidays (and many)! You made your payment by Mastercard or another credit card The refund should appear on your card's account statement within 3 to 4 working days of receipt of our refund confirmation email. Some banking agencies sometimes require longer delays; we would like it never to be so, but these delays are unfortunately independent of our will. Please note that the money will be credited to the card itself and not to the bank account linked to your card. Unfortunately, this is the only way to make refunds on this type of card. Therefore, remember to check transactions directly on the card statement itself.

PayPal will notify you by email when the refund has been made. This refund method requires an average of 1 to 2 days before the money is credited to your account. If you have used your immediate or deferred debit card to feed your Paypal account, please note that you will have to count an average of 3 to 4 additional days before the refund appears on your bank account or on your credit card statement.
