How does it work?

Access your order history from your account.
Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.
Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name(s).
Even if no justification is requested, please add the reason for the referral (in the section "Return of Goods"), so that we know the cause of the referral.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm you via our website the correct receipt of your return and we will refund within 48 hours.

For a size exchange, please contact us via our contact form by selecting the object: ORDER : Size exchange
After our confirmation and acceptance of exchange, you just have to tell us on free paper your name, address and your choice (e.g. size 60 instead of 62).
Make sure to carefully wrap the jewel in a bubble envelope preferably, drag the small free paper well and return this to the following address: STYLE TREND / 360 Road Avenue / 83200 TOULON (FRANCE).
Here's the trick! Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm you via our website the correct reception of your return and we will make the size exchange within 48 hours.

IMPORTANT INFO:

In case of refund or exchange desired: only the return costs by the Post Office remain at the expense of the buyer. The refund will apply in full (on returned jewellery as well as standard delivery costs "go" of the latter if the user returns the entire order).
BIJOUX CANNOT BE RETURNED: For obvious reasons of hygiene, jewels of the type earrings/piercings as well as personalized jewellery are neither taken up nor exchanged in accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

I returned a jewel: did you receive it?
- We will inform you by email, of the good reception of your return, as soon as we receive your return. We take care of the jewels that are returned to us daily. If this is a size exchange, we will reship within 48 hours.

When will I be reimbursed?

As soon as we receive your jewel return, we will refund it within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email about it. The refund will be automatic.

You made your payment by immediate debit card

The refund should appear on your bank account within 3-4 business days of receipt of our email confirmation of refund. Remember that banks do not make payments during weekends or holidays (and there are many of them)! You made your payment by Mastercard or another credit card The refund should appear on your card's account statement within 3-4 business days of receipt of our refund confirmation email. Some credit card agencies sometimes require longer delays; we would like it never to be so, but unfortunately these deadlines are beyond our control. Please note that the money will be credited to the card itself and not to the bank account linked to your card. Unfortunately, this is the only way to make refunds on such cards. Remember to check transactions directly on the card statement itself.

You paid by PayPal

PayPal will notify you by email once the refund has been made. This method of reimbursement requires an average of 1-2 days before money is credited to your account. If you used your immediate or deferred debit card to power your Paypal account, please note that you will need an average of 3 to 4 additional days before the refund appears on your bank account or bank card statement.
