In HommeBijoux, your satisfaction is essential. You have 30 days To return or exchange a jewel if it does not suit you. Exchanges are simple, fast and accompanied by a premium service.

Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Hamon Law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. In HommeBijoux, we go further ✨: You get 30 days To return your jewel in its new condition for exchange or refund. For any return request (regardless of the initial delivery method), the items must be returned by the letter as follows to ensure the good reception of your package in our mailbox.

How to proceed:

Access your Customer Area and then to your Order history or from this Form - Refund.
Select or indicate the relevant command number.
Check the jewelry (s) to return.
Please add a brief reason (optional but useful) if possible.
Expand us or jewel (x) (as a letter followed). At reception: refund under 48 hours.

Return fees: at the expense of the buyer (letter followed).

Full refund : jewel + shipping costs Go (if order returned entirely).

Steps:

Contact us via this: Form - Size Exchange
After acceptance, join a paper with your desired new coin details.
Send the jewel to the indicated address.
At reception, we ship the new size under 48 hours at our expense.

Return fees: at the expense of the buyer (letter followed). On the other hand, we take our responsibility the costs of the new shipment as part of a size exchange.

Second exchange or additional exchange: participation of 3 €.

Non-returning articles

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the legislation, Earrings, Piercings and Custom Jewelry can not be resumed or exchanged.

Followed by your return

Upon receipt of your jewel, you receive a confirmation email. An exchange is treated within 48 hours, a refund is made in the same time.

When will I be repaid?

Payment Card: Credit within 3-4 business days. Paypal payment: credit in 1-2 days (up to 4 days if related card).

Withdrawal notice

In addition to the conventional methods of declaring a withdrawal (e.g. by email, post), this website also offers an electronic withdrawal function. This function ("withdrawal button") can be found in the customer area and in the footer of this website. You can use this function to withdraw from your contract online. After submitting your withdrawal, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
